#so. i called the ed clinic again because still no letter and the receptionist told me they have no record a letter was sent to me in January#which it was because i have a copy of it and so does my gp#and it says i will be sent a full end of treatment report shortly (that was back in January#it’s now march#and i asked where the end of treatment report is and again. they do not have it#apparently my therapist J never documented anything like. the last documentation was from H before she left#and even more fucked up is the fact im actually still listed as an active patient#bc the receptionist was surprised i hadn’t been in for an appointment for a while#but i told her id been discharged back in november and she was v confused#she said she’d email J to find out what’s happening but what the fuckkk#the incompetence is truly astounding how did she just not document anything and miss out a whole ass end of treatment report ????#like. she just didn’t even write it#she’s literally been doing this job for 10 years#im actually so done
